The New Mexico Spaceport Authority (NMSA) is requesting proposals for assistance with the continued planning, design, construction, equipping and furnishing of Spaceport America.

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to select a qualified offeror to assist NMSA through performance of project coordination and management services related to the operational development of Spaceport America. Such activities shall include assistance with Operational Spaceport Planning; Pre-Operational Development Coordination; Procurement Planning; and Project Management during the construction and pre-operations phases of the Spaceport America facility.
