PURPOSE OF THIS REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to request proposals for Spaceport IT services related to the New Mexico Spaceport Authority. More specifically, activities include, but are not limited to, providing labor, supplies and materials required for:

• Development of the necessary policies and procedures for operation and maintenance of the IT infrastructure and applications;
• Participating in exercises and drills to ensure the policies and procedures are effective and efficient;
• Development, management and maintenance of the computing facilities and associated network for the support of the NMSA employees and their tenants; and
• Serve as the interface between the NMSA and external supporting agencies and vendors.
