The New Mexico Spaceport Authority Chairman, Fred Mondragón, has canceled the Special Meetings of the Spaceport Authority Board of Directors scheduled for 2:00PM, Monday, November 23, 2009, and at 11:00AM, Tuesday, November 24, 2009, New Mexico Spaceport Authority Office, 901 E. University, Bldg. 3, Ste. C, Las Cruces, New Mexico.
